This is the 4th and final episode in a special series all about Pregnancy, Labour, Childbirth, and the topic which I discuss-Postpartum.

During pregnancy, we tend to focus on baby. Antenatal classes designed around our growing bumps, giving birth and then feeding and caring after our newborns.

But what about mum? What about the physical and emotional changes that happens to us?

In the podcast, we delve into aspects that get overlooked. My intention is never to scare, but to inform, and be realistic in the hope that you feel as prepared for postpartum as you can be!

Please share with your friends- knowledge is power!
